The best place to stay in San Juan del Sur! We have spent five incredible days in Park Avenue Villas. The view to the ocean is stunning, the staff is very friendly, and the hosts Ralph and Renda are just amazing. We have enjoyed every day the beautiful sunset, swimming in the warm Pacific water, and late walks in a peaceful place. It is a place you have to see!

As I vacation in snow and ice covered Waxahachie, I had a need to visit your site and enjoy a more tropical day. We are in the midst of a long cold snap with ice on monday and again on wednesday and forcast again for the weekend! I have enjoyed your sunset, pool, sailboat, and weiner roast. Thanks for the warmth of Park Ave.Villas and I long for the day I come visit in person! I have not been on your email list for some time, please put us back on. I enjoyed seeing Renda back in November, hope you had a great Christmas (Of course you did - you live in a paradise!)
