Sean and Dave's Climb of Half Dome, Yosemite NP, June 2008

This was a last-minute thing. Sean has been wanting to climb Half Dome for about two years now, and we had one free weekend this summer, so off we went. We camped in the Valley on Saturday night (June 7), and got an early start on Sunday June 8th for our hike. We finished in 10 hours, covering 17.5 miles, and ascending (and descending) 4,777 feet.
