Super Lens Test

This is part 2 of my lens test with the Nikon Coolpix 5000 and all my lenses that I have for it. I resized them all to 800x600, applied auto levels in Photoshop and sharpened all the pictures.

Hi Ralph, I have a question about the fisheye fc-e8. Does this lens make sharp images, I tried to get some information on this and read that the pictures you make with this lens are not sharp but a bit blurry. I was thinking about buying one but since I like sharp pictures I am in doubt. I hope you know more since you have this lens, please let me know. Greetings Maarten

Hello Ralph, Your tests are so great! I wonder if you have cropped the edge of wide-angle convertor photos? I am using a canon S40 and mounted a WC-E63 but found that the edge (about 15%) is blurry. It looks so nice and sharp on your E5000 + WC-E68. If so, I might consider buying a E5000 too. Thanks. Rudolf.
