Beautiful work Ralph! I'm new to Astrophotography and the Austindamastronomers. I have a LX90 and Canon Rebel EOS D300 with all adapters and a wedge. Could you give me some idea on what I would need to begin photographing the Sun? I would appreciate your advice.

excellent job building your cam, and awesome output!!! very impressive! you don't happen to know if you can burn your lense from lookin at the sun too long? i just ordered the CrystalVue LX8x32 (nearly the same as what you got) and stuff like this would be excellent to play with! i especially dig your sun-shots, very nice! :)

Wow man you got some great pictures. Wish I could learn to do that but right now my emphasis is on underwater photography. If your interested I could send you some of my better shots. Thanks alot for the great website I learned some cool tricks for the CP5000.
