Out of high season, one is hard-pressed to find accomodations in this region. We ended up staying in the "CTR El Arriero", en Estacíon del Barrio, Matallana del Torío. Although the room was located above a lively tavern and restaurant, we slept quietly. The hostess was very charming and hospitable.

The room had this antique dresser and radio, but the bathroom was spiffy up-to-date modern.
