We have a lot of these, but the first ones came from Dad. I just love these little flowers that many consider to be weeds. I recall Dad gathering a hand full for Mom every spring before he cut the grass for the first time. I can still see them on the windowsill in Mom's little china vase with the tiny roses on it.
