I don't know if you read my comments to Guy's image about that "what's wrong with this picture" idea of mine. But to my eye this image works against itself in the way that his worked in its own favor. What stands out in this image. Well, it is a statement about the changes of the season... Fall. The aluminum park bench is the stand out subject both due to its placement in teh frame and in that its man-made nature works against the natural beauty of the tree in fall foliage. As a subject, I think it is a bit weak. That is to say, I would like this imge better without it. But maybe I missed the artistic statement you were making by dropping it there on the rule of thirds line? To me that suggests you found it to be an important element in this shot, and I missed its importance, also, the light is pretty harsh.
