Pastors on the High Ropes (or... another day at the office)

So... climb up 30 feet, walk on the jiggly poles, cross on the wire, and slide on home! WE'LL DO WHAT?!?!?!	Hmmm... so many of these safety harnesses keep breaking...	Ah... set and ready.	Up goes the first sucker... I mean volunteer.
Right, we both do this?!?!?!	Is this the blind leading the blind?	We actually made it through step one.	I can't believe I'm actually doing this!
Yes, I'll share with you this flimsy little rope	Almost there... almost there... almost AAIIIEEEEE!!! (just joking around)	The zip line... looks easy... maybe	First we get ready...
Then we sit... WOAH!!!	And... we're off!	Team 2 on the way	Team work!
And the ground crew... hard at work... keeping us safe.	Hey... we're doing it!	Getting there is half the fun!	Now... the wire-to-platform maneuver.
TIme to LET GO of the rope... you're back on the ground... almost.	And yet another fearless team.	Hey, this thing wiggles.	Woah... wahoo... oops... hang on...
ZZzzziiiiippppppp!	Hey, cool, I can swing backward... I can swing forward... of course, none of this is happening on PURPOSE!!	I am going to HOLD ON!	Careful... careful...
Yes... a backward tree hug works fine.	Meanwhile, back at the zip line (you can see the other team starting out)	Nothing to iiiiiiittttTTTTTTTTT............ What a rush!	(I know, the shot just doesn't capture the feeling)
I'm going to use the HANDS-ON method	See... it works	AND... it let's me pray on my knees the whole time!	Getting there... who says prayer doesn't work?
I'M GOING TO HUG THIS TREE TOO!!	Oh, all right, I'll keep going!	Man... what a way to travel.	I can't believe I said I'd do this!
It's ONLY 30 feet up!!!	I know, I'm hugging another tree... AND I'M NOT TOO PROUD TO DO IT!	Sure... why not... I'll take the zip ride... I made it this far... what can possibly hhhaaaappppppeEEEENNNNN!!!!????	Hey, that was kinda fun!
But I do need some rescuing here... like... I'm just sort of sitting here now.	Another Zzziipppper!!!	Whee!!	After-glow... and telling each other the stories...
See... ya'll made it back to the ground.	Yup... it's MILLER time!! (Well, at least "Water" time)	So, I got up there... and the poles jiggled... and...	More of the brave adventurers
Are you up for the next one now?? You get to go first...	I'M CLIMBING UP THERE!?!?!?!	Ok... here I go... looking cool... feeling like a professional linesman.	So this is what squirrels see.
OK... I up... and THIS POLE IS SHAKING!!! (sort of in synch with my KNEES)	But after a while, it's just another walk in the park.	Is there room for me up there?	Hmmm... 30 feet up... aw, what the heck.
Here I am... ready or not... do you want to move over there?	Sheeze... this is closer than... well... I can't think of a good metaphor... in fact I CAN'T EVEN THINK!	OK... now, turn around and jump for the bar.	JUMP FOR THE BAR!!! IT'S FIFTY FEET AWAY... well, it SEEMS like fifty feet.
Yes... we both missed... but what a rush!	Hey, partner... they caught me too... whew!	Another team...	See, nothing to it.
AND... I can even do a little jig up here... problem is, it ISN'T VOLUNTARY!!!	C'mon up... the view is great.	Hey, move over, buddy... make room.	A third team... I think we can do it! The other teams did.
Let's see... turn... and... UP!	OK, big guy, there's plenty of room up here... c'mon up!	Climbing up with a song in my heart... or my heart in my throat... not sure which, I just feel queasy... (not really)	In fact... I feel OPTIMISTIC... YES!!! We can do it!!
Boy.... those OTHER guys sure made it look roomy up here... what happened to the spacious platform?	OK... you pull me up... and I'll pull you down... I mean, I'll kind of pull on you... WHY'S THIS POLE SHAKING?!?!? And... UP!!!	AND... "I'M GOOONNNEE!!!" (and I pulled my partner with me... a new illustration of "co-terminus" pastoring)	I've got to give this a try too...
Second time around... hey, this is getting easy now!	And... up... and dance... and jump... and spin... (not really... I'm glad just to make it to the upright postion)	OK partner... this time it's co-terminus TOGETHER!	Ally oop.
