Sawing the clamping ring

Making the saw slit in the clamping ring. Here I'm feeding the workpiece into the saw - very slowly. I use a water-based cutting fluid to keep teeth from loading up. And sometimes that doesn't work. If this happens, everything starts shaking and cutting stops. The tooth MUST be cleaned out. Several times I had to stop and dig out clogged aluminum on this particular cut. This only happens with aluminum - which is gummy. The saw is .010" thick and does a great job.
