This is probably your best shot jaim. So much about it is perfect, starting from the idea of the location of where to shoot :p

Composition wise, its really good. The trees in the rule of thirds, and it has a really nice foreground/middle ground/background. Its a really simple picture, really just a tree and a chemical plant, but the light mixed in with the fog gives it a very eerie and drawing look.

This picture deffinitly has the "wow" factor to it. I think its really the simplicity of the actual shot, yet it really draws you in and sets a deffinite mood. The same picture taken durring the day would be a pretty average shot, so the idea to shoot it at night using a long shutter speed really made it happen.

seeing the picture in black and white and in color, I think a processed color may have been an interesting photo as well. With the yellow glow it would have set a much different mood then the one you used. however, you really cant go wrong with a blakc and white, so its still a really solid photo.

Really erie. I love how there is a border in the sky between light and dark. It gives the illusion of a dense fog out of a horror movie rolling in. I like how a couple of the lights pierce throught he trees and stand out.

The trees block the building a bit too much. It's kind of hard to tell what it is.

Very well done on the technical side. Everything is well in focus, the exposure is perfect. The long shutter speed was great for the lights.

The picture definately keeps your interest. Very nicely done.

I like the composition of the image. Although there's what looks like little flashes of light throughout the image. I think this offsets some of the focus to the other parts of the image. The photo portrays a dark mood, which is done nicely with putting the photo in black and white. It's kind of hard to make out the chem plant in the background, because it seems as though the tree is the main focus point. Other then that, nice work.

i love this exposure jaim. it's so different from what everyone was going for. the black and white is perfect for this photo. color would have taken away from it. your ISO seems like it was really good for what you were going for and you had a pretty long shutter speed too. the black in the sky is really cool and i think it sort of sends a message about like pollution. the water seems a little out of focus but it was probably moving. over all amazing shot!

This is a great photo Jaim. I love this shot, it is very different from what everyone else was playing around with for this long exposure assignment. Was the black in the water like that or did you make it so? It looks kind of out of place. I absolutely love the reflection and haze. Great idea and great job!

i don't have much to say but wow, you don't really know what the building is in the background, maybe a factory but the way you have captured expresses an emotion
