Wyatt on check I enjoy this picture, tho there are not many visible compositional elements at work, the strength of the image is still there, you could argue that this image is balanced and wyatt would agree. With the use of the snow it gives the image a bright cheerful scene. The black and white use also adds to the scene and gives it a nice pleasant look. I haven't seen an image like this with the use of blur and it comes across very strong.
This picture shows a good composition with the use of rule of thirds, it is also sort of simplistic with there being snow all around. The lighting is good and the snow isn't too dark or too light. This is a very original image because it is of your family. Slow shutter speed works well here and shows him in motion.
