That's a nicely exposed candid with good skin tones. Nice job! That BG is a good choice & you frame her nicely.
The tricky part here is to be mindful of that BG & how a tiny piece of those trees seem to stick out of her head or ear. Either asking your subject to move just a tiny a bit or slightly changing your POV with the camera would nudge that tree so that tip doesn't look like it comes out of her head. ( same idea with wires & other objects. ). Then again, a little photoshop can also fix it.
