Since this photograph was taken, the insurance says that if the house is left for a length of time (confirm) that the water needs to be drained.

- Turn off the floor tap so water does not come in
- Turn off water heater circuits
- Turn off water heaters in the roof behind the top left bedroom
- drain the system by turning on taps in the laundry room.
- Make sure the taps run dry

To open:
- take meter reading
- turn on hot water tap in laundry room
- if no water comes out means that system had been drained
- if water does come out, suggests that system not drained
- turn on water tap on floor
- check whether water coming out of the hot water tap if not coming out when started
- wait until water does come out of hot water tap
- got upstairs and turn on the hot water switches
- turn on fuses for hot water at fuse box
- checkmeter reading. What you want to see is that the house is using more electricity
