If the FAA flew the SSTIK procedure from runway 1L, 95% of the 426 noise events over 65db at the Brisbane noise monitor, would be eliminated. This averages to 27 events per day in the period November 1-15
Will the FAA include in their proposed studies using the flight tracks and the Brisbane noise monitor data to understand what is actually happening and to verify the assumptions of their noise model? It should not be up to local citizens to analyze FAA data to tell the FAA what is happening.
