Flights November 1 to 15 2015 off Oakland going south

1,477 flights departed Oakland November 1-15 and flew south. Only 146 flow through the CNDEL waypoint.

Can the FAA address why the percentage following the published procedure is so low? Yes there are 3 other procedures but none is RNAV.

The feedback that we have received is that the SSTIK flights are vectored due to safety and separation concerns from Oakland flights going south.

What is especially troubling with this scenario is that the FAA Controller at TRACON who turns the CNDEL flight early is the same controller who then has to turn the SSTIK flight early
The person who creates the safety and separation issue is the very same person who solves the safety and separation issue and the noise in Brisbane is the collateral damage.

What could be the reasons for the period 1-15 November 2015 that led to the CNDEL procedure being flown 10% of the time?

Could the story be:
- vectored flight off CNDEL
- creates safety issue with SSTIK flight
- Vectors SSTIK flight over Brisbane to create separation

Or:
- motivated to get flights off plate and vectors as much as can?

What can the citizens of Brisbane do?
- report all flights to
http://stop.jetnoise.net/.
Works on all devices that have access to the web.
- Tell your friends about the reporting website. The more who report, the stronger our case to get something done
- call our local politicians and say that what is happening needs to be addresses. We chose not to live in South San Francisco where residents were given funds to sound insulate their houses
- Tell our City Council that the number of noise events is unacceptably high and due to the FAA controllers at TRACON
