This is an example of what will increasing happen:
- a flight before 6:00am taking the SSTIX departure procedure
- flying over Mission Blue at 6,300 feet.

We know from previous flights over Brisbane that these flights create noise events over 65b and disturb residents' sleep.

There is a lot that the FAA can do to reduce the noise for the residents below the flight paths. One is to fly higher and further over the Bay where only the fish are disturbed and then further west so that the sound foot print is much less for the communities affected. This is not a zero sum game.
