Daisy Hannah Merrill was the eighth of twelve children born to William John Whiston Merrill & his wife, Lillian Elizabeth T. Walker Merrill. She married twice. First she married Edward Machacek in Saline County Nebraska. She married second in September 1956 to James Diederich. The original photograph shown was given to me by my grandmother, Hazel Alice Merrill. I am in possession of it still.
