In 1907, in Nowata, Nowata, OK, he married, Annie M. Wigger. Together this couple would share 5 children. he died in, Nowata, Nowata, OK, on 03 september 1963, & is buried in Nowata Memorial Cemetery, Nowata, Nowata County, Oklahoma.
