This Challenge asked people to go out and find expressions of Extreme Weather. Your Weather, like mine, may not seem Extreme at the moment but Extreme depends on your viewpoint. We had to think about how to express that photographically and what techniques work for showing what is mostly sky, air, moisture or precipitation. We thought about how weather appears in our part of the world and how to express an interesting image of that. I think we all found that weather can be dramatic too. And if we were really good (or better yet, lucky) we thought of a way to illustrate something familiar in a new way that stirs feelings in the viewer for the subject. That's usually when we have a winner.
