The subject of this challenge is something made of metal. I expect we all encounter metal many times each day. Among other things, metal is used for everyday objects, heavy industry and fine jewelry. Emphasis should be given, if possible, to capture the subject in a way that shows it to be metallic as opposed to wooden or plastic or any other material. The only restriction is that the metal should not be coated with a layer of paint or any other covering, hence the title - the bare metal. You are of course free to include non-metallic items as part of the picture. I hope that you have fun with this challenge! |

Just to clarify the requirements: galvanisation and corrosion such as rust are permitted for this challenge. But I do hope that some shiny polished metal will be found too!
