After leaving Trail Camp at 8:30 AM, we made good time to Trail Crest, where we made our first stop of the day (and yelled at a stupid woman who, apparently unable to read, was feeding popcorn to the local ground squirrels! Why can't people figure out that wild animals don't need, and shouldn't have human food!?!) That's one of the Hitchcock Lakes down below.
