Karl and me drove to lake Michigan after a very heavy snowfall. Where I was, about 15 feet from the water, it was very windy and cold but the timing here really brings out the cold. In the middle of some big gusts, Karl looked over and saw the snow blowing past me; so he took this shot. Kudos to Karl. It's worth noting that we were dumb enough to be "on the water" as we walked out 50 or so feet onto the ice. I'll post the dangerous photos I took later.
