You got it, no editing other than crop from top and bottom using entire width of image.
Background Lighting was turned off here.
Main light using softbox just above and barely to right of camera set to f8.0 with backlight at between f11 and f16 depending on light burn. Read EFIX for camera f-stop. Many images using D100's higher contrast setting but very few are edited on the computer.
