this man was pushing his bike and I could tell
his back tire was flat. I pulled up along side
the sidewalk where he was walking and asked him if he
needed air? He said yes. I pulled into the parking lot
and took out my small electric pump and gave him air.
40 pounds in each tire. he then said it was ok for
me to take his picture. His last words to me were
"are you police?" and I said "oh no oh no" and he said
"ok that is fine you can take my picture" and I did!
