Location of photo was 3424 N Central Avenue in the rear parking lot.
We were in Holiday Magic Cosmetics. Paul lived in town and Homer Jenkins
came over from Thousand Oaks California. Homer lived in a small trailer
he pulled behind his Cadillac. He parked the small trailer in my driveway
at the trailer court, I lived at 3721 N 7th Street. My rent was $79.00
dollars a month and that included utilities. I have tried over the past
years to contact Homer but have had no luck. I heard that Paul passed
away a number of years ago. Earl Barnett and Grady Hughes are alive
and well. Pet Bethay has passed and I have never heard from Ernie Delco.
Steve Weisberg is another person I have never again heard from.

Paul’s name pronounced shanell, could have been spelled shaniel, channell or chanel
or channel. If anyone knows the correct spelling or has the correct spelling please
let me know. Thanks. This is one of my favorite photos with Paul and Homer.
Paul was known as the Kite Man in Hawaii. He was killed in an auto accident in 1979.
