Don't touch my mothers food.


Startled and maybe a bit scared he looked at me, like he was ready to defend the food of his mother with an ax, "aruval" named here, in his hand.

This kind of knife is used all over here to cut wood or to cut the top of a fresh coconut to drink the water and even sometimes to fight other man
like they are showing now in the new film called "Thirupatchi" about fighting and killing enemies, a bloody movie which Tamils really like to see.

Like you see here this young boy, you could tell already that he was born with this knife like a real Tamil.
