The kids were stopping right by the hotel because there was a water faucet where they stopped and washed up before moving on, thus the wet faces.

Merchant at a market in Kathmandu. I asked if I could photograph him, (I usually ask if they see me point a camera at them. Good manners you know.)he obliged in front of his impressive store. Nuts, beans and all manner of spices were there.

The stupa at Swambu is on a hill top. All around the base of the hill is a path and thousands of prayer wheels. Pilgrims come here to walk around and turn the prayer wheels.
