Thanks, Ken. How did I achieve this? In Photoshop Elements (or Photoshop) I added a gradient map adjustment layer, used a "silver" gradient I created and set the layer blending mode to Multiply. The gradient layers are available at Adobe Studio Exchange. See the link on the the index page of this gallery (Duotone Gradients).
