It was getting dark, but the sky was still lit up brightly from the forest fire. It was a really eerie sight. I didn't sleep very much that night. Fortunately the fire didn't end coming into my campsite. However, the aftermath of the fire was really sad. Lots of forest got burned, many homes and business were burnt to the ground and lots of people and animals were displaced from their homes.
