To eliminate the humidity produced by the swamp cooler, I designed a two-stage cooler which cooled the warm water and then transferred the cool water to a radiator which produced cool air for the camper via a fan that was attached to the radiator. The system was actually very efficient and only used about 3 amps DC for the two fans and the pump.
