Just looking to see if anyone is looking out the windows, kinda creepy, fits the theme perfect.

I love the treatment of this image. It reminds me of an old Hitchcock film. It could be a scene from the Birds. The church on the hill in Bodega Bay, CA on a dreary winter day. I like this.

Excellent pic Colin, I like the composition and the blurring gives a nice effect.

Thanks for the c&c, its appreciated. What happened here is that some rain drops on the lens blurred some upper areas. It looked interesting so I added a layer with a bit of blur and blended but brought the foreground back through sharp.
The camera was on the ground, tilted up, aint live view great :-)

The blurred background is inconsistent (added in PP?), but it actually works here. This shot has a hallucinogenic look to it, like the view has just woken up outside this church, and can only focus to the near foreground. Lots of nice dark tones here.

Excellent shot Colin. I really like the idea and composition. My only gripe : it looks a bit too plasticky on my work monitor. Add a subtile grain maybe ?

Definently sets a moood. Someday you have to show us the building in color and brightly lit so we can see how well you did at creating the somber feeling.

Somewhere in Transylvania , maybe? A kind of creepy, but beautiful in the same time.

This is mysterious - ethereal - with a most interesting perspective looking from the snowdrops to that nebulous sky. Well done!
