Thank you all for the comments. Shirley! Only three of them (Peru) was there and no drums. Yes I like the music and I bought 2 CDs from them. "Mohicans" and "Apache". "Apache" is better, because the use of modern instruments is less. Sound is very good on both, but, I liked street version more, because less studio effects was in the live (street) version.

Miro, I bet ya thought I'd forgotten you! Not at all just so hard to keep up with both galleries. This is a wonderful b&w rendition of a Native American Indian. In a perfect world that mic would be gone but still you got a very nice detailed shot and the details are very nice to look at, like the shells around the wrist. Did you enjoy the music? Were there native drummers there too? If you loved it you would really love a big Pow Wow, they are fantastic!

Super detail and tone, great isolation of the subject from the background, nicely done indeed.

Desaroo, you are right. I was thinking about to crop that mic-stand out, but OTOH, it is not logical. Mic can't came in the picture from nowhere, so I just live it there.

miro, i'm not fond of microphones, and if it were up to me i'd crop out the stand on the right; still, this is a fine conversion, and it's amazing how well this shot works drawing the eye to the hands of the musician. nice!

Interesting you prefer to work in colour Miro... I like this and am glad you overcame your preference! Alistair

Kevin, not can't do, I just like color more than B&W. This is professional deformation I think. As lithographic worker (Offset printer) I work a lot of colors and the color is in My blood.

what do you mean you can't do B&W, this is a fine conversion.
