Interesting light here. One can think it's a night shot with strong reflector in the background. Good catch.

Richard, you are really having fun with these challenges now aren't you! You're really getting into the spirit of them for sure. This shot is really good! I love the windows reflecting the suns light onto the sidewalk and the fellow coming toward the camera is placed just right! Very nice composition and I also like the high contrast in this shot.
