This takes me back to a neighborhood I knew well in the 70s. To me, it's certainly non-touristy but also not scary. Just a little down on its luck. I'll bet the bells all work! A wonderful composition. Stefan

Excellent shot and find.

Thanks for your comments!
This is the not-touristic side of downtown: very old buildings of cheap rental apartments. Every neighbour had to install his own bell system... and not in the right order, as it seems.
You're right, Colin: this is not the better neighborhood to live in. endika

I just looked at this again and wondered....how on earth would you know which button rings who! I guess you just buzz them all and hope your buddy comes on down. LOL

makes you wonder what's going on in there ! Love this one !

There is so much going on here.
That is a real jumble or bell buttons, I wonder if there are in the right order of apartments or as haphazard as they look. The colour of the door and graffiti behind makes an interesting contrast. I get the feeling it’s a neighborhood one shouldn’t linger in …

What a find Endika! It's a fun photo and like Marc said...very urban! From the graffiti on the wall to the muli-dweller building, it just suits the theme so very well!

Now this is urban detail, preach it!! Great composition. Cheers.
