bridge over water

there are many layers if thinking creatively: the bridge over the water; the water over the rocks; one bridge in front of the other; the clouds in front of the rising sun; and this is four shots laid one top of the other making the final composite.

hi colin, i placed the original file in the originals section. this is a composite, but 40s seems to be about the midrange. the shot was taken about 5 minutes before sunrise on a very overcast day. you can see where the sun is pushing through to te left on the horizon... the light under the bridge is actually from streetlights along a walkway. those lights mixing with the ambient light is where all of the unique colors are coming from. thank you and frank.

Oh my, that is superb, great stuff. I love the mix of evening light and the streetlamps on the far bridge. BTW, the exif is incomplete for some reason, when I saw the image I wanted to know what shutter speed and aperture you had used, be great if you cost post these.
