Look at those bare feet! I didn't think anyone up north could do that, go barefoot! Do you remember how tough our feet were when we were kids? I used to never wear shoes. I could walk over any surface and it was no big deal, in fact I was in track and field in high school and did all of it barefoot. Ha, now I can't even walk on a sidewalk barefoot LOL. I think of the passage of youth and becoming a tenderfoot.
