Thanks everyone for your comments. For Marc, and anyone else concerned about the closeness of needle to eye, the needle and the eye were shot separately and put together in PS.

No one (at least it is unimaginable to me) could come up with this good of an "eye of a needle" shot! Great 'vision' on your part Frank!

Nice one Frank ! i would like to have seen the setup for this one ! I tried the same with a fork for the "three" challenge, but it was beginning to be scary, with a sharp thing so close to someone's eye !

Brent has right about selective color. Fancy shot there Frank.....eye,eye like it.

The selective use of color works here to draw one to the important parts of the image. Well done Frank.
