love the curves and details of the blue wrought iron; i'm not sure all the rust-color on the left has to go; i'm thinking just an edge of the curve would keep some intrigue.

Yup, that red thing does distract attention from the real subject. I'll try something to subdue it or remove it.

Yup, lovely curve. I like the superposition of the two, it gives a very 3d feeling to it.

a crop to the left of the upper curve would work as well as cloning IMHO. To me the Interesting part is the curves and textures of the wrought iron contrasted with the brick work/ pavement.

I'd like to get rid of the the red planter as a minimum fix but I don't have the skills via PSP to attack it.
