Alas, though I understand what you've said here, unfortunately I've forgotten much of my French and so can't reply in kind. I'd love to see the Basque which seems a fascinating region contsming a uniquer culture. Yes, Carnac is incredible. the sheer size and number of the stones takes the breath away, and there is a tangible atmosphere there. Flick.

Hi endika, you're right, they are very magical, powerful places. we're very lucky to have so many in Europe. I used to live near the huge area of standing stones and tombs at Carnac in Brittany, France. Flick.

Hi, it was taken at the Neolithic stone circle at Avebury, Wiltshire, UK. I go there several times a year usually. It's a wonderful place. Flick.
