Very seductive - nicely soft exposure - good rich colors. good use of light. brent

Nice sultry pose. Very atmospheric, and the emphasis on dark, murky reds accentuates the mood. the lighting on her face is just right.
Flick.

Gotta learn a new skill occasionally Shirley :-)

Emma will sort out her love life soon, and we won't see her for dust. In the meantime, i'm getting some cracking shots!

Cheers,

Louis

I think this is your best shot of Emma, Louis. I must say I miss your shots of the sea and wonderful buildings though. I don't mind the tips of the flames in this photo either. It's not as distracting as in the other shot. ;o)

Multiple candles at different heights is the banding effect of the left. I wnted to get some depth in, so I set the cghair at an angle to the table and put it in a cornet, then got Emma to sit at an angle to the chair, then ranked candles in groups at different heights.

As usaul with me, the image is actually a composite of several RAW developmenet - the "outer" parts are high vibrance, high contrast. Emma herself is neutral contrast, neutral colour.

Careful Louis! You're making this young lady into a supermodel. You're getting a great handle on the skin tones. The comp is very attractive (I'm not sure if I'm seeing banding on the left side of the photo or not, but regardless, it's got great feeling). You've managed to "de-feralize" this lady.
