It's gone again

I miss the "tram" many times, but don't care very much.

Those animated bronze statues move.
The little princess is amazing - but it does look bizarre to a nation who aren't used to having bronze statues attached to the railings when they're waiting for public transport (we Brits are nothing if not conventional ;-)

Thanks for the comments.
Oh Flick, i'm sorry to disappoint you again: i'm not a bronze statue :) I could not earn any penny acting like that as i'm quite restless. But this one is a real bronze statue, the "Little Princess" and it doesn't look bizarre. And may be sometimes, you feel yorself also as "part of the railings", don't you?
Shirley, i used the pup-up flash to lighten the shadows on the statue (with negative compensation) and long exposure to make the train. Without the fill-flash the princess would come out almost totally dark. "Borrowing me" would be an interesting option but could be quite expensive and not really worthy (LOL). MCsaba

It's all been said but, one more time won't hurt. This is really awesome! I love that you had the exposure long enough to see right through the train at the same time the railing and figure are very sharp and so well exposed. I wish I could borrow you for about a month for lessons LOL

Outstanding perception and execution.

I'm totally confused by this image. i thought the statue was you, MCsaba, and that you earned your living as one of those living statues you see busking in city streets sometimes. Is this a person made up to look like a bronze, or is it really part of the railings? If so, i've never seen anything like it. Bizarre!
Flick.

MCsaba I like your attitude. Think of all those things you really miss when you make the train. Those are gone forever.
Beautiful capture and the child and background showing through the fleeting train really adds to the commentary. That is quite the sculptural railing.

I really like this

Thanks Brent. Actually there are no reflections on the picture, you see the riverside panorama behind, "through" the tram. MCsaba
