Yes, same car. It makes a good model for my photos. It's a '67. When I bought it almost 30 years ago it wasn't for collectability but for reliability and drivability. It was my daily driver until three years ago. Now it's my weekend cruiser.
And it still looks like a winning model. :o) Is this your car Kim? I think I saw a photo with it in it before. The one with all the dry grass and how dangerously dry is was. My son and I have been shopping hard for a fixer upper. We want one 1964 or older because the largest car show in the world is here at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds each June, with over 13,000 cars cruising around and on display. This Malibu looks like a 66-68? So, now my son wants to find something from the 50s, like my first car was a 1955 Buick Super, the same year I was born too. I would do the interior, he can do the rest.
