I thought maybe it was a boat. Here in MN, during the winter people actually vacuum pack thier boats for storage. I only realized that this winter. I saw someone removing it off their boat. I guess before I always just thought it was tight tarps. So that is interesting that they used this at a work site.

The plastic wrapping was around the Sacramento Valley Train Station which is currently undergoing exterior restoration. About three minutes after I shot this they began removing the wrapping, which had been up for months until then.
