The speed signs are 15 miles per hour up and 10 miles per hour down big trucks would have to swing wide going up.

A few years ago I saw a semi lying flat on its side on an Interstate cloverleaf on-ramp that probably wasn't even this tight. Looks like a great spot for part of a James Bond chase scene.
