what a great close up of a very tasty fruit, I just fixed an Hawaiian pork with pineapple dish last weekend, called Kalua-Style Pork, You rubbed a pork butt with green tea leaves (which were supposed to mimic the pork covers with banana leaves, ) you cooked it in a broth with Liquid Smoke added, a Jalapeno pepper, and lime juice, , after done you shewded it and then made a sort of chutney, chopping up pineapple, mixed with the lime juice, I served it over white rice, and then poured the chutney on,, it was yummy
