I like the way the well lit foreground takes your eye around the display and then back into the store and then you discover the people at the counter.

Hi Brad! Not a restaurant, but a cold meat shop or delicatessen, specialized in catalan style sausages ("botifarra") and other pork specialities. This is a establishment of reference in the old town, and a touristic attraction by itself. endika
