This pump is just by where we get our car washed. The area is used by tour buses to be refuelled and washed. There is a big bus-washing mashing machine alongside. The area is alongside the railway line so not very smart.
Yep I remember the old days too when it was 4 gallons for a pound, back in the 60's but this pump is way to modern for those days. I remember going to Northern Ireland as a kid and one gas station had a hand operated pump to dispense to gas.
Back in the days when prices were double digit. Awww I remember paying 25 cents per gallon back in 1970. This poor old pump looks so lonely and forgotten where it sits.
