This photo is just incredible. It looks like this alien creature is standing on tiptoes and just getting a nibble. Makes you wonder what the rest of it looks like. Twelve legs and wings? For sure an unexpected view of a sight I've not seen before. And well done too! --Stefan

Thank you for your comments! This is a slug, and a big one indeed (ca. 10 cm), so, no so macro as it would seem. Slugs eat mushrooms, they LOVE mushrooms. Some people say that a mushroom eaten by slugs is edible, but this is not true at all, slugs seem to have a stomach that can deal with many toxins. endika

I wonder if he has ever tried smoking those? HA just kidding of course. How big was that snail Endika? He looks very large in the photo. I didn't know snails would eat mushrooms,learn something new everyday.
