I was in the beach, Michael. And sea water uses to be around 14 or 15°C here at winter. Not exactly "tropical" but much warmer than your lake, Shirley. endika

I don't think I've ever seen a surfer with a paddle. The water there looks beautifully warm and tropical. Go waves go!
