In a second-hand store recently, I saw a clerk solve one of these in less than a minute; the customer wasn't persuaded to buy it, not even for 99 cents. ;~)

Many years ago I got so frustrated with one of these that I dismantled it and put it back together so all sides were correct then dumped it in a draw never to see the light of day again.

Hahaha. Gets the mind working. I bought two of these back when they were new and fooled around with only one of them. The other is still in its original packaging in the basement (well, there were a few basements in between ... ). --Stefan

That is the epitome of repetition! I never have solved one of those Rubik's Cubes. I just tried, tried again and finally gave up. :o) Great entry for the theme.
